The Legal Division provides legal advice and representation to the Chancellor, other divisions within the Alabama Community College System, the Alabama Community College System Board of Trustees, , and the postsecondary education institutions and agencies under the direction of the the Alabama Community College System Board of Trustees. The Legal Division provides technical assistance in the development of policy and the interpretation of statutes and regulations, and represents Alabama Communnity College System entities in legal and administrative proceedings.
